  1. Firstly, turn off the mobile by holding the Power button for a couple of seconds.

  3. When the ALCATEL logo pops up let go of the Power button.
  4. Release Volume Up when Recovery Mode shows up.
  5. From this menu select “English”. Use Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to confirm that.
