ALIGATOR S515 Duo IPS Hard Reset is a device reset to factory settings. This operation deletes all data, settings, passwords and applications in the memory device. Hard Reset operation is most commonly used to repair a damaged or malfunctioning equipment or deletion of user data before the sale. How to hard reset ALIGATOR S515 Duo IPS?

  1. If you want to perform Hard Reset opeation, your ALIGATOR S515 Duo IPS must be turned off, hold down Power Key for a few seconds to make it so.
  2. Wait till your phone turns off completely, and then proceed by holding down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. From the appeared menu, you should select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
  4. In the following step, you should confirm this operation by selecting opetion “Yes — delete all user data”.
  5. When data wipe is completely done, you should select option “reboot system now” to restart your ALIGATOR S515 Duo IPS.
  6. Your smartphone will be restarted in about a minute and that’s it.
