  2. Wait till it turns off completely, and then hold down Power Key + Volume Down for a short while, till phone vibrates, then you can release both keys.
  3. From the following menu, you should select option wipe data/factory reset“, use Volume Keys to navigate to it and Power Key to select it.

  5. Wait for a few seconds till data wipes, and after that select option “reboot system now” to restart your phone.
