  1. In the first step turn off the mobile by holding the Power key for a few seconds.
  2. After that start pressing Volume Down and Power button together for a couple of seconds.
  3. Release all keys when you see information about Fastboot Mode.
  4. Now select “Recovery mode”. Use Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to confirm that.
  5. When the Android Robot image pops up press Volume Up + Power button.
  6. Then use Volume buttons to select “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm with the Power key once.
