NAVROAD Nexo Free Hard Reset is a device reset to factory settings. This operation deletes all data, settings, passwords and applications in the memory device. Hard Reset operation is most commonly used to repair a damaged or malfunctioning equipment or deletion of user data before the sale. How to hard reset NAVROAD Nexo Free?

  1. For this operation, you’ll need your NAVROAD Nexo Free turned off, so hold down Power Key for a couple of seconds to do that.
  2. Wait till your device turns off completely, and after that you should proceed by holding down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. From the following menu, you have to select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
  4. In the following step, you have to confirm this operation by selecting option “Yes — delete all user data”.
  5. Data will be wiped in a couple of seconds after that, and you should select option “reboot system now” to restart your device.
  6. Within a couple of minutes, your NAVROAD Nexo Free will be restarted and that’s it.

Finish! Your device will have the software and set of applications as the moment they leave the factory.

*Take a backup: Before you can use Hard Reset always remember to make copies of your data, because the operation is irreversible and recover previous data and settings will not be possible.
