How to hard reset NGM E505?

  1. To perform the Hard Reset operation on your device, press and hold the Power button for a while and then select the Power off option to switch your device off.
  2. Next, press and hold the Power button together with the Volume Up button for a while.
  3. When the Boot Mode appears on your screen, use your Volume Up button to scroll and the Volume Down button to choose the Recovery Mode.
  4. If you see the Android image on your screen, slightly press the Power button with the Volume Up key.
  5. In order to manage the Recovery Mode, use your Volume keys to scroll and the Power button to choose. This way, go to the Wipe data/factory reset option.
