How to hard reset NGM Forward Escape?

  1. In order to perform Hard Reset operation, you have to turn your NGM Forward Escape off by holding down Power Button for a couple of seconds.
  2. After your device turns off completely, you have to hold down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds in order to enter Recovery Mode.
  3. When you’re in Recovery Mode, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Button to select, you have to select option wipe data/factory reset“.
  4. In the following step, you have to select option “Yes — delete all user data” in order to confirm this operation.
  5. Data will be wiped in a couple of seconds after that, and then you have to select option “reboot system now” in order to restart your smartphone.
  6. Within a few minutes after that, your NGM Forward Escape will be restarted, and that’s it, well done!
