Hard Reset NO.1 Plus

NO.1 Plus Hard Reset is a device reset to factory settings. This operation deletes all data, settings, passwords and applications in the memory device. Hard Reset operation is most commonly used to repair a damaged or malfunctioning equipment or deletion of user data before the sale. How to hard reset NO.1 Plus?

  1. For the first thing, you have to turn your NO.1 Plus off, so hold down Power Button for a few seconds to do that.
  2. After your device completely turns off, you have to proceed to the Recovery Mode by holding down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. Android robot icon will appear on screen, and you should hold down Power Key and press Volume Up once to proceed.
  4. When you’re in Recovery Mode, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Button to select, you have to select option wipe data/factory reset“.
  5. Next you have to select option “Yes — delete all user data” in order to confirm this operation.
  6. Wait for your device to turn off completely, and then you have to select option “reboot system now” to restart your smartphone.
  7. Your NO.1 Plus will be restarted within a few minutes after that, and that’s it.

*Take a backup: Before you can use Hard Reset always remember to make copies of your data, because the operation is irreversible and recover previous data and settings will not be possible.
