  1. To perform this operation on your PIPO Titanium T9, you should turn it off by holding down Power Key for a few seconds.
  2. Wait till your phone turns off completely, and after that hold down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. From the appeared menu, select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
