  1. If you wish to perform Hard Reset operation on your STARMOBILE Up Snap, you should turn it off by holding down Power Key for a few seconds.
  2. When your smartphone turns off completely, you should proceed by holding down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. After Android robot appears on screen, you should press Volume Up once to open Recovery Mode menu.
  4. In Recovery Mode, you should select option wipe data/factory reset“, use Volume Down to navigate to it and Volume Up to select it.
  5. Next confirm this operation by selecting option “Yes — delete all user data”.
  6. After a few seconds, data wipe completes, and you should select option “reboot system now” to restart your device.
  7. After a few minutes your STARMOBILE Up Snap will be restarted and that’s it.
