STARMOBILE UP Vision Hard Reset is a device reset to factory settings. This operation deletes all data, settings, passwords and applications in the memory device. How to hard reset STARMOBILE UP Vision?

  1. First of all, you should turn your STARMOBILE UP Vision off, so hold down Power Key for a couple of seconds to do that.
  2. When your smartphone is completely off, you should proceed by holding down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. After Android robot appears on screen, you should press Power Key once to proceed.
  4. From the appeared menu, you should select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Down to navigate and Volume Up to select.
  5. Next select option “Yes — delete all user data” to confirm this operation.
  6. After a few seconds, data wipe completes, and after that select option “reboot system now” to restart your phone.
  7. In about a minute your STARMOBILE UP Vision will be restarted and that’s it.

*Take a backup: Before you can use Hard Reset always remember to make copies of your data, because the operation is irreversible and recover previous data and settings will not be possible.
