How to hard reset SUGAR Y7?

  1. First of all, if you want to bypass the screen lock on your phone, press and hold the Power button for a while and then tap on the Power off option.
  2. Next, press and hold the Power button together with the Volume Down key for a while.
  3. Once you can see the Bootloader menu, tap on the Volume Up key to open the Recovery menu.
  4. Next, scroll down to the Wipe data/factory reset option using the Volume buttons to scroll and the Power button to choose.
  5. To confirm your choice, click on the Yes — delete all user data option.
  6. In order to exit, click on the Reboot system now option.
