How to hard reset TCL P301C?

  1. For this operation, you’ll need your TCL P301C turned off, so hold down Power Button for a couple of seconds in order to turn it off.
  2. After your smartphone completely turns off, you have to hold down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to proceed.
  3. When Android robot appears on screen, you should hold down Power Key and press Volume Up once to proceed.
  4. From the appeared menu, you should select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Keys to navigate to it and Power Key to select it.
  5. Next you have to select option “Yes — delete all user data” in order to confirm this operation.
  6. Data wipe completes, in a couple of seconds after that, and then you should select option “reboot system now” in order to restart your device.
  7. Your TCL P301C will be restarted in a couple of minutes after that, and that’s it.
