Hard Reset TENGDA SM-S5

How to hard reset TENGDA SM-S5?

  1. In order to perform this operation, you have to turn your TENGDA SM-S5 off, by holding down Power Button for a few seconds.
  2. Once your device is completely turned off, you should hold down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to enter Recovery Mode.
  3. When you’re in Recovery Mode, you have to select option wipe data/factory reset“, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
  4. Next you should confirm this operation by selecting option “Yes — delete all user data”.
  5. Wait till data wipe completes, and after that you should select option “reboot system now” in order to exit Recovery Mode.
  6. After that your TENGDA SM-S5 will be restarted in a few minutes, and that’s it.
