How to hard reset TENGDA Z5?

  1. To perform Hard Reset operation on your TENGDA Z5, you should turn it off by holding down Power Key for a few seconds.
  2. Next you should wait till your device turns off completely, and after that you have to hold down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
  3. When you see Android robot appeared on screen, you should hold down Power Key and press Volume Up once to proceed.
  4. The menu will appear on screen, and you should select option “wipe data/factory reset” from it, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
  5. Next you should confirm this operation by selecting option “Yes — delete all user data”.
  6. Wait for a few seconds till data wipe completes, and after that select option “reboot system now” in order to restart your smartphone.
  7. Your TENGDA Z5 will be restarted within a few minutes after that, and that’s it, congratulations!
