  1. Begin with turning off your device by pressing and holding the Power button.
  2. Next, press and hold together the Power button and Volume Down button .
  3. When Primo D8 logo appears keep holding Volume down button and release Power button.
  4. Move through the menu using Volume Up + Down keys and select “Wipe data/Factory Reset“. Confirm your selection by pressing Power key.
  5. Select “Yes” and confirm it with Power key.
  6. After the process is complete select “Reboot system now” and confirm it with Power key.
  7. Afterward, wait a while until home screen appears.
