How to hard reset ZIGO Eon 62i?

  1. For the first thing, you should turn your ZIGO Eon 62i off, so hold down Power Key for a couple of seconds to do that.
  2. Wait till it turns off, and then hold down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to proceed with operation.
  3. In the appeared menu, use Volume Keys to navigate to option wipe data/factory reset“, and then select it with Power Key.
  4. Next select option “Yes — delete all user data” to confirm this operation.
  5. Wait for data wipe to complete, and after that select option “reboot system now” to restart your device.
  6. Your ZIGO Eon 62i will be restarted within a minute and that’s it.
