How to flash Recovery
1) Download TWRP for K40 Pro+ , and put it in your fastboot folder.
2) Put your phone into fastboot mode.
3) Do the following command : fastboot boot twrp-k40pro-21.5.26.img. It will automatically boot into TWRP.
4) Change language to English (press the 6th option).
5) Go to “Advanced” and select “Onekey inject TWRP”.
6) Swipe to inject the TWRP. It might take a few minutes, so don’t worry.

Note: Don’t change the boot slot (Slot A) or maybe will not boot at all.

2) The recovery image is encoded and requires a dodgy chinese tool to decode it.
3) @Cozzmy13 finds a way to decode the image and make it bootable .
4) Me and Augustin El Metralleta try flashing the image, and we find out it works.
How to flash Redmi K40 Pro/K40 Pro+/POCO F3 Pro/Mi 11i Firmware
- If Redmi K40 Pro/K40 Pro+/POCO F3 Pro/Mi 11i Fastboot firmware. The ext. must be tgz. If not. Rename it from .gz to .tgz. Extract it by WinRAR or 7zip
- Download XiaomiFlash lastest.
- Open XiaoMiFlash.exe. Introduce driver if apparatus required. Press select and select to firmware organizer what incorporates flash_all.bat
- Ensure your telephone are opened bootloader. Or on the other hand you should carry your telephone to EDL mode (9008) to streak
- Carry telephone to Fastboot mode by hold Power and Volume down for 5-10s. Delivery button when It show Fastboot
- Interface Telephone to PC. Press Refresh to filter gadget. In the event that a gadget showed is alright
- Tick clean all (very significant). If not, your telephone will LOCKED BOOTLOADER after streak done
- Press Flash and stand by util it show achievement or any mistake
