Realme has released a flash tool for you to manually install ColorOS / Realme UI updates. Realme has split from parent company OPPO, but the two are still using a common platform when it comes to custom Android skins. The current Realme UI is still based on OPPO’s ColorOS platform.

The user interface of the flash application is similar to the Mi Flash Tool developed by Xiaomi. However, Realme Flash Tool is not programmed to work with Qualcomm Emergency Download Mode, so you must unlock the bootloader of the target device before flashing.
It is worth mentioning that downgrading to a lower Android version is not supported by this tool. Contrary to what Realme claims, the tool is only for Windows. You will be able to flash any Snapdragon or MediaTek Realme phone with this flasher, as long as you download the appropriate OFP flash file. Currently, you can download the official OFP files from Reale at Realme Firmware website.
